NudgeBot

SMS conversation with NudgeBot, which uses custom, emotive text-based smilies.

NudgeBot helped children and adolescents make healthier choices by sending SMS messages prompting them to set healthy goals, remind them of their goal, and to report how they did.

I developed this program for the NUDGE research project at the University of Kansas Clinical Child Psychology Program. The resulting paper, Adaptive mHealth Intervention for Adolescent Physical Activity Promotion was published in The Journal of Pediatric Psychology, which technically makes me a published scientist. I'll take it.
